Using a super attenuator in the boil we have managed to create a low perceived bitterness, whilst retaining a solid tropical hop profile. By adding Ekuanot hops, we've created vinous notes by giving a character resembling Brut Champagne. These features consolidate, resulting in a crisp and truly distinctive IPA.

On tap at Bristol Craft Beer Festival Sept 2018. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma: yeasty, herbal, grapefruit, grassy. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, light, dry, grapefruit, lemon, herbal, grassy. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very drinkable for the style

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 15 Feb 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, tropical fruit, funky yeast and peaches. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple, spicy yeast and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Yeasty and hoppy. Nice one.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, straw, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet and a bit acidic with notes of brett, malt, straw, citrus fruits, and hops, leading to a dry finish.

Keg at BD Mighty Boosh, 17/01/19. Light haze on a golden yellow pour topped with a decent off white head. Nose is citric pith, grass, airy malts, stoned fruits, tangerine, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises orange peel, grapefruit, green berry must, grass, light pine, dusty melon, hint of breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness Solid for the sub genre.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - clear golden pour with a white head. Fruity and light malty with some citrus fruit, light yeasty, medium body, drying hoppy into the close.
