Tap at the brewery. Pretty pleasant, easy drinking, true to style. Rather thin body, medium carbonation. Slightly creamy corny mouthfeel, but overall quite crisp, refreshing, bright impression. Light bitterness, low sweetness, kinda watery, but vera easy drinking. Good.

Taster from tap at brewery. Yellow hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, grassy, grainy, flowery. Nice smell. Light body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, light grains, bready. Finishes lightly dry with notes of pepper, grass and bread notes. Nice stuff, easy drinking

A little cloudy blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, herbal, a bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty, grains, a bit sourish, dirty, don’t like it at all. Aftertaste: grains, cow fodder, utterly boring, don’t like.

Dorée pâle, léger trouble, col blanc tenace.
Arôme sur un nez plaisant clairement axé sur un côté américain avec un rappel de la Anchor Gold - crushed grains, douceur du maïs qui ressort délicatement, bouquet houblonné plus sur un côté noble américain et anglais qui confère un léger fruité.
Palais est onctueux avec ce côté 'smooth' lager yeast avec l'ajout de maïs et un caractère très américain côté houblon, sans verser des le trop fruité avce de fines notes d'esters.
Seule 'cream ale' du festival - je salue le style et l'exécution, surtout de proposer qcq chose de diféfrent que des neipa.
