A fairly classic dry stout. Toasted malts, light cocoa powder, some faint vanilla. Medium body. Bone dry finish. Solid.

On tap at the source. Dark brown/black in color with great clarity and a frothy khaki head that slowly recedes. Roasted creamed coffee with bits of fruit and light chocolate. Pretty nice.

12oz bottle pours a cola brown with some clumpy, tan head. Nose is solid, burnt toast, molasses, some ground coffee, some caramel, carob. Flavor has some chocolate ice cream, malt soda, dry brown bread, some black tea now, licorice. Dry finish. Well crafted. 7 4 7 4 13
