Smell-weak to medium, malt, yeast, faint hops.
Foam- thin, malty, weak bitter tones, weak yeast. Head is small to medium in size and white in color. Sticks a bit.
Appearance- resealable 2l bottle with some sediment in the bottom, simple label. Clear yellow in color, weak carbonation.

PET Bottle. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white creamy head. Aroma is dough, some bready and mild grassy and herbal tones. Flavour is herbal, some mild bready and a bit spicy yeasty tones to it. Still a rather nicely drinkable refreshing brew.

Tap @local bar in Riga. Poured clear golden color. Thin white head. Sweetish grainy malty aroma and flavor, weak grassy hops. Unclean finish.

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, litle sweet fruit, straw, grassy hops. Flavor is malt, caramel, little sweet fruit, light dusty, grassy and straw. Medium body, lively carbonation. 120213

Draught @ Alaus Stacija, Riga, Latvia.Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass - silage. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Draught at Alaus Stacija, Riga. Deeply hazy pale golden, creamy head. doughy nose with some grass. Dry with light-medium body. Good balance between buttery malt and spicy hops. Mild spicy bitterness. Very refreshing.

(0,2 l sample poured from a bottle at SOPP’09) Golden and lightly hazy. Hardly any head. Grass and some boiled vegetables in aroma. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Malts, grass, sweetness, lightly fruitiness and bitterness in taste. Malty aftertaste.

1L Bottle - Hazy golden in colour. Malty and slightly musty aroma with some citrus hints and an element of pine. Nicely balanced taste with hops, malt and hints of lemon tea.
