After having so much fun with our numbered #DIPA series, we thought we'd bring the ol' girl home to stay and find a forever home. The mother of all DIPAs, dry hopped to the brim with #Cascade #Citra and #Simcoe perfectly balanced by pilsner malts, wheat and flaked oats.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a murky golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus, light alcohol. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a rich, grainy, biscuit malt, juicy mango passionfruit citrus, light floral, warm alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average carbonation. Dangerously drinkable!

0.44 l can from Spicy Days Webshop. Shared with little Dina over dinner. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Fruity, tropical, dried tropical fruit, gummy candy, melon, honey, malts. Medium to full body, strong, sweet, fruity, spicy, soft tropical and stone fruit notes, melon, mango, peach. Some bitterness in the finish. Flat.

Can, to øl advent calendar #16. Pours a hazy yellow to amber, small head. Aroma is very hoppy, herbal with pine and resin. Malt and caramel. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty, sweet, pine, light resin, grapefruit, lemon, mango. Lots of hoppy goodness here, especially the citra is prominent. Lovely, modern IPA with a strong pine focus.

0,44l can from To Öl Christmas calendar. BBE 04.10.22. Hazy orange golden beer with good and cloudy head. Aroma has floral hops and grass. Flavor has grass, floral hops, some bitter notes, sweet malty caramel and some orange. Semi dry, semi bitter, semi sweet, not very fruity or fresh though. Medium body.

can from to øl julekalender #16 So far this christmas calender in general has had some truly awesome beers, and pretty well sized 44cl. cans even. Totally value for money. hazy orange, light yellow to light orange head. looks like lots of flavor. strong fruity and exotic fruity aroma with a strong malty base. for once i don't mind the exotic fruits so much. Am I getting used to it? flavor is exotic fruity hoppy, bitter hoppy, solid malty base that still let the hops dominate.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy amber, small coarse head. Caramelly grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with near full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and dank grapefruit. Long piney bitterness. Solid but caramelly.

ABV: 8.7%. Murky medium to light yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, caramel, malty, moderate hoppy, pine, citrus, fruity hops, dusty hops, tea. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, fruity hops, hops bitter, medium dry, dried fruit, tea. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211128]

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with Marko. Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, citrus and light oxidation in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, oranges, light oxidation and rather sweet finish. Not so fresh.

Canned at Ambasada with Ogivlado and Vid T. Murky orange body, thick small off-white head. Rubbery malty notes in the lean aroma, oaty, lightly sweetish. Sweeet creamy oaty malty taste. Nearly completely devoid of hops. Either an effed up box or an ancient one sent to Croatia because we won't know better anyway or some such idiocy I've actually experienced being pulled by some breweries before (not this one though).
