After having so much fun with our numbered #DIPA series, we thought we'd bring the ol' girl home to stay and find a forever home. The mother of all DIPAs, dry hopped to the brim with #Cascade #Citra and #Simcoe perfectly balanced by pilsner malts, wheat and flaked oats.

44cl can, no BB, de et partagée avec Willy, merci!
Dorée/orange trouble marqué quasi sur le boueux, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est marqué par les houblons - ici des effluves assez plaisantes de pin/résineux, herbacé assez marqué du Simcoe et Cascade pour un effet rétro mais où l'exécution déçoit. En rétro, petite note fleurie rappelant le pot-pourri.
Palais est épais - avoine ? avec un caractère huileux, résineux marqué, le tout avec un côté feuilles vertes de thé en retrait avec une petite touche de résineux rencontre une pointe d'ananas. Boozy sur la fin - un peu trop brouillon, pas assez clean.

Cloudy deep blond to orange beige beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, tropical fruits, lots of grapefruit, juicy, oranges, more citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, bit sweet, lots of tropical fruits, oranges, fruity. Aftertaste: bitter, fruity notes, some grapefruit, some caramel, bit sweet, alcohol, hoppy finish, bit oxidized.

Tap at Beer Hunters. Murky orange colour and small white head and lace. Sweet marmalade nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet, pineapple, marmalade, light breadyness. Robust but a bit too heavy and straight-forward sweet.

44 cl can. Muddy orange colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, apricot, fruit juices and tropical impressions. Pale malts.Taste is bitter. Medium to full body. Drying fruity finish. Very nice DIPA.
