After having so much fun with our numbered #DIPA series, we thought we'd bring the ol' girl home to stay and find a forever home. The mother of all DIPAs, dry hopped to the brim with #Cascade #Citra and #Simcoe perfectly balanced by pilsner malts, wheat and flaked oats.

This one was so juicy that it could have been mistaken for a lemonade Cloudy yellow pour with an ok head Nice hoppy and fruity aroma. Good intensity Mellow fine carbonation level. Easy to drink Tropical fruity, citric/grapefruit hoppy and mild pine in the flavor [Can from Systembolaget in Sweden]

Smell of spruce, some fruit. Opaque yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of spruce, overripe fruit, grassy notes, oats in finish. Sweet, mildly bitter. Medium carbon.

A murky, yellow beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has pineapple, grapefruit, mandarin, some fructose. Taste has grapefruit, some fructose and bitterness. Medium+ bodied. Simplified, good beer.

Can @ Home. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, sweet fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, mango, pineapple. Flavor is rather sweet, light bitter, light malt, fruity hops, juicy tropical fruit, mango, pineappple, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. 110721

Hazy yellow with a thin dense white head. Massive citrus aroma with some mango and pineapple. Sweet malty taste with a low bitter finish. Mighty fine DIPA.
