Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Trilha Uppumaango French Oak BA ]. Unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, tart, grapes, wine, mango. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wheat, tart, grapes, wine, mango. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180921] 7-3-7-3-15

Borefts X. Day 1. Keg. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth, fairly dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation. Nice light tartness here. Savoury fruits, only modest mango. Oak barrel sweetness, very light vanilla. Light crisp finish. Nice well rounded Gose.

On tap at Borefts '18. Hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of green mango, some sourness, light salty, hint of vanilla. Flavour is sour, salty, mango, oak. Light bodied. Not what I like.

Draft at Borefts 2018. Aroma of tart mango, salt, oak and vanilla. Taste has sweetsalty mango, tart, oak, vanilla and some wheat. Very good.
