330 ml bottle. Pours hazy dirty yellow with a big foamy head. Loads of pine needles and citrus fruits, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, marmalade, lemon zest, brioche bun. Hoppy zesty bitterness, biscuity sweetness. Full bodied, oily milky texture, lively to soft carbonated, hoppy bitter finish. Top class IPA.

@home poured into a shaker. Cloudy yellow golden colour, huge frothy white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, grapefruit, pine resin. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, pine resin, creamy mouthfeel. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, lingering dry bittersweet aftertaste, malty backbone, pine resin, citrus peel, surprisingly well-made and good.

Bière bue en pression au Brique house. Une superbe ipa aux notes houblonnées et fruitées, belle amertume, notes résineuses, une vraie réussite. Je suis fan! Ma favorite du brique house. (M)
