Bottle, 330 ml, shared with Max, Miro B and kajser27. Brown with orange haze, off white head. Caramel, dried fruit, some apple, toffee, rum, barrel, sweet, warming. Well hidden alcohol. Medium bodied.

Bottled 03-04-20. Bit of a dark amber colour, with some creamy foam. Big smell of dried fruits, malty, solid splash of rum. Mouthfeel is very thick, with a heavy boozyness in it. Taste is sweet, mellow, tons of raisins. Pineapple?! Christmas pudding.

Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Oak, caramel, rum, raisins, more moiuldy oak, vanilla, toffee, plums, old barrel. Awesome stuff, old-school de molen. Delicious stuff.

Dark brown with some bubbles. Big sweet toffee, chipolatapudding, prunes, raisans, sweet and boozy, big, bold & round. This reminds me of the good years. The rum is very smooth with only a tiny tobacco/piratey feel in the finish. Good show! Dark Lord tea.

Bottle. Muddy bronze pour. Aroma of nice sweet fruity rum, raisin, figs, dates, caramelised malt, molasses, vanilla and a little cinnamon-like spice. Taste has lots of sweet fruity rum booze, sticky caramel, raisin, figs, dates, caramelised malt, vanilla, little cinnamon, molasses and a long sweet boozy finish. This is the type of ba barley wine that seems to morph into a dessert wine, love it.

Bottle. Dark amber color. Dried fruit, raisin, figs and a hint of oak in the aroma. Sweet flavor with figs, dried fruit, rum and a hint of oak. Vanilla. Aromatic, interesting flavors, but way too sweet.
