smell - weak, cant tell anything from it. Foam - medium thick, half watery half soft, not creamy, no prominent taste. Taste - weak carbonation, very week bitterness and sweetness, almost no taste at all to be honest... Feels kind of watered down...

Bottle 50 cl. I'm having the non-pasteurized version, assuming it's this. Pours a clear, dark amber with an off-white head. Nutty, caramellish aroma. Medium body, burned, dry caramel accents and hazelnuts - quite delicious actually. Dry finish without much hops. I think this thing should be labelled as a Dunkel. It's clearly filtered and much darker than most Kellerbiers. 110917

Bottle bought in Riga. Black colour with ruby reflexes, small white head that does not last long. Aroma is prune, a bit caramel, bread. Light sweetness, light bitterness. Soft carbonation, medium body. Uninteresting.

50cl bottle from Rimi, Riga. Pours clear (dark) amber with a rather small off-white to yellowish head. Malty and bready aroma with caramel, hints dark fruits and toast. Medium beige lasting head. Hazy brown-amber body. Creamy earthy caramelly with mealy notes. Dry-sweet caramelly sugary taste with earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish caramelly grainy sugary aftertaste with mealy notes. Nice, but a bit flat and boring. (0.3l draft at S. Brevinga, Riga.)

330ml, tap@S.Brevinga, Tirgonu iela 4, Riga. Light mahogany body, with offwhite creamy head and fair lacing. Dark fruit and malt, dark fruits and roasted. Served too cold and I also think it was too carbonated. (Shared with Stefan 18.Dec.2012)

Draught @ S.Brevinga Alus un viskija salons, Tirgonu iela 4, Riga, Latvia LV - 1050.Unclear medium to dark orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, light brown sugar. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malt sweet and bitter, caramel, honey notes ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120729]
