21/9/2024. Bottle from Beer52. Pours clear bright amber gold with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is buttery, caramel, raisins, sweet malts, toffee, breads, yeast. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, very smooth, average carbonation. Quite liked this.

33cl bottle (Lot N: A . 01/2019, BBF: 30/08/2024, brewed at De Graal brewery) from Prik&Tik Kampenhout. F: medium, egg-white, good retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, peach, floral, honey, red apples peels, bit banana, yeasty touch. T: full malty base, fruity, bit honey, peach, floral, bit spicy, soft carbonation, nice for the style yet nothing memorable of course, enjoyed.

Golden colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have an abundance of malt. Fairly sweet but with a spicy, yeasty note in the finish. Well balanced.

Bottle from Beervikings. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, some banana. Taste is citrussy, earthy, harsh bitter, some plastic. Not very nice.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A bright pale amber pour with a thin white head; aroma of sour grains with some yeast and banana; smooth and syrupy in the mouth, without being over sweet, with a banana flavour nicely balanced with some lemony citrus; then some soft caramel malts giving a dryish finish, and no sign at all of the alcohol. Really good.

330ml bottle, via Beer52: BB 30th Aug 2024. Poured into a Westmalle chalice at home on 21st Feb 2020. Clean and clear golden body, thin white covering for a head, a wisp in fact. Sweet little number, aroma like a sweet banana and the taste was also very sweet with tropical fruitiness alongside the boozy maltiness. Liked it, but off to clean my teeth now!

Bottle from beer52. The bottle says it’s brewed by the Italian micro-brewery, so added here. Slightly opaque colour with a thin head. Aroma fruity and yeasty. Taste malty sweet. Surprisingly thin body.
