Smak słodki trochę suszone owoce, trochę karmel, słodkie, miodowe, goryczka niska. Nagazowanie niskie, treściwość średnio wysoka, gładkie trochę alkohol czuć ale nie jakoś spirytusowo.

Merci à Marek pour la découverte de ce Barley Wine. Celui-ci fut d'ailleurs très plaisant sur des arômes appréciables bien que classiques. Il ne lui manque uniquement un peu de densité pour qu'il monte en gamme. Le visuel est sur un ambré légèrement voilé avec une très fine effervescence peu poussée et sans aucun mousse. Les arômes sont classiques mais ça fonctionne parfaitement : fruits confits, zest d'orange et caramel. Le barley wine est peu sucré est les 10 % conviennent parfaitement. L'équilibre est bon avec une corpulence et une longueur appréciables. Plaisant.

Deep red chestnut with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee and dried fruit. Sweet malty flavour. Clean and easy drinking, but not the most complex barley wine.

Bottle from ebrowarium. Dark amber/brown colour, white foam. Rather sweet, some notes of American hops, caramel, alcoholic. Nice and warming barley wine.

Barwa bursztynowo-miedziana, klarowne, piana szybko opada bez śladu. W aromacie wyczuwalny nuty biszkoptowe oraz rodzynki. W smaku słodkie, minimalnie owocowe, lekko wodniste, goryczka na niskim poziomie, nasycenie na niskim. Czegoś w tym piwie brakuje, może więcej ciała.
