From cask at the brewpub in Canterbury 24.09.22. Clear dark golden. Bright white head. Fine aroma and taste of pale malt, crystal malt, piney hop bitterness and burnt circuit boards.

Canterbury Foundry. Cask. Clear gold beer, small white head. Light dry and finely crisp palate. Dry malts, some mild esters. Dry green hop bitterness. Dry finish with the bitterness becoming harsh. Bloody bitter saison!

Cask @ Foundry Canterbury. Hazy colour, white foam. Medium carbonation. Dry and bitter saison. Bready, notes of citrus, intense bitter aftertaste. Interesting.

Cask gravity at The Foundry. Clear gold lasting cream head. very hoppy with that green hop oil flavour. saison yeast. Just lovely. I really love it saisony highly drinkable lots of hops.
