On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, citrusy, spicy and a bit shitty. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thick creamy white head and nice lacing. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and yeasty, following is salty and funky with wormwood bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Quaffable, although aroma is not very appealing…

0.33 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before November 2022. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sourish, gently fruity and slightly spicy aroma of lemon, rhubarb, cinnamon and some spruce. Gently sour, quite fruity and slightly spicy taste of lemon, rhubarb, some spruce and a touch of cinnamon, followed by a medium long, quite tart, woody, slightly spicy and a little minerally-salty finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice Gose, somewhat leaning towards Berliner Weisse, sourer than a Gose from Freigeist usually is, quite citric.

Trockener, würziger und etwas chininartiger Beginn. Kräutrig, wenig hefig, keine Süße oder Herbe, erstaunlich süffig. Die Kräuternoten werden stärker, rund, das Chinin rückt in den Hintergrund. Milde Säure, langer Abgang. Gut! 10/11/10/11/12/11
