Cloudy yellow with modest foam, soft sharp lemony vegetable on the nose, slight peppery grain. Flavour is more peppery grain with soft smooth lemon notes. Bittersweet finish, unique and not bad.

On tap at Main Street, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, plenty of floral hops, a little citrus tang. Flavour is on the tangy side, with a very nice hoppy citrus tang character upfront, a sort of vinous note, rustic saison yeast, and slight floral undertones. Really like the structure here, with excellent hopping. Surprisingly impressive.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light cloves, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.
