Can. Somewhat cloudy pale gold with a white head that lasts well. Sheets of bubbles. 3+ Aroma of pine branches, pinot gris, honeydew melon, crackers. Dryish, light bodied and quite spritzy. There's some citrus there too - I want to say pomelo because that's what I said for Moo Brew Single Hop Enigma (aka Tassie Pale) and this is very like it indeed. Lightly spicy pine at the end. Moderate bitterness is enough because the finish is quite dry. Right up my street.
