Fles uit adventskalender 2020. Het is een troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een gistachtige en champagne achtige geur en smaak. Niet mijn ding.

33cl Fles. Bijna een jaar oud nu. Mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Aroma is funky, Brett, druiven, champagnegist, beetje boers. Smaak is licht funky, droog, Brett, kazig, tot zover prima maar dan komt ineens de munt / pepermunt van de snoepjes eroverheen. Die is vrij heftig aanwezig. Ik denk wel dat de infectie het bier gered heeft.

It’s not a pale ale. It’s a funky dry mixed fermentation saison type beer with a few extra hops. The funk on the aroma is great, but the taste is a bit harsh combining the dryness and bitterness. Beery Xmas 2020

Halmgul vätska med halvcentimetertjock skum. Oangenäm och konstlad hitte-på-arom. Omnipollos juldricka. Inte gott.Välj någon annan dryck.

330ml bottle from Beery Christmas Advent Calendar - Day 16 - Cloudy yellow body, thin white head. Nose is grapey, dry white wine. Taste is LOL. Imagine Colgating your mouth and then having a bog standard IPA. There you go. Some experiments go wrong. This is one.

Beery xmas #16. Geur doet me een beetje aan (stinkende) brett denken, maar zou ook combi van champagne gist, candy en wat uiige hoppen kunnen zijn. Rare bitterheid, van snoepgoed, van die hartjes uit strooigoed. Vreemd bier

Bottle from the Beer Hawk Advent Calendar. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of mint and some sugar. Taste is minty, faint lemon. Sweet finish.
