A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light grassy characters, pleasant. On tap at Cheshire Cat.

Die Beschreibung online und auf der Dose ist ja schon mal recht großspurig: beer from the center of the universe -das muss man mal beweisen, aber ok. Geschmacklich trifft es die Beschrieibung old-style ale ganz gut. Es hat schöne süffige Pale-Ale-Noten, wobei es aber nicht wirklich so hopfig-erfrischend ist, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Es lässt sich gut und gemütlich trinken, aber das super-dupper-Bier ist es jetzt auch nicht.

355cl can. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, some orange fruits, tangerine. Taste of citrusy hops, tangerine, grapefruit, moderate bitterness.

Schönes Dosendesign und herrlich in der Nase, tolle hopfig Pinien, ich liebe das. Im Trunk dann zurückgekommen aber immernoch Pinie, bitter, ganz leicht Zitrus. Eher ein herbes Pale, aber das wird ja auch versprochen. Somit alles wunderbar.

Can from the brewery. Cloudy bright blonde, with a finger of pillowy head. Exuberant smells of tropical fruits and resin. Taste comes out fairly light with fairly neutral malt base to support moderate pineapple and resin hops, that fade to a mild biting resin bitterness finish. Solid.
