Trip out on the idea of double the triple with Double Psychedelic Cat Grass, the friskiest beer we have ever brewed. Mosaic, Amarillo, and Citra hops swirl together, ebbing and flowing with mango, pineapple, and grapefruit on the nose and all up on your tongue. Unlike regular Cat Grass, the double version hits you with serious boozy bready/caramel maltiness, a pleasurable counterpoint to the lingering, dry bitterness of all those hops. Purr Purr, Purr Purr Purr, feline friends.

Earthy orange, biscuit malt, pine, and grapefruit peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate light tan head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and strong bitter pine and grapefruit peel flavor. Good body.

12 oz can. Pours a hazy pale amber with an off-white head. Piney, spicy, citrusy hop aromas with toasty malts. Flavor is certainly on the maltier side for a double IPA, with toasty malt, rye even, pairing with pine and citrusy (grapefruit, orange) hops, perhaps even basil, and a moderate sweetness. It's really not bad.
