Aroma is fruity, mostly of mango, suggests an IPA, although this is a lager. Golden colour, hazy, minimal and mostly disappearing head. Medium bitterness. Pleasant beer, a bit unconventional. Draft.

50cl bottle from Cunningham. Pours hazy golden with a small, white head. Fruity aroma with sour apples, yeast and hints of grass and honey. Feels a bit like homebrewed cider, more like fermented green apples than beer. Slightlyly sour with a moderate sweetness and a fairly decent bitterness in the finish. Some of the strong pale lager aromas shine through too, but all in all more interesting than nice. Feels a bit homemade, quite strange but drinkable. (BB Sept. 2013)

50cl bottle pours a hazy, deep gold with some thin, clumpy white head. Nose is sweet and sugary, honey, malt, a little cake icing, a little banana ice cream. Flavor is sweet, light grass, light honey, some light biscuit, a little light vanilla, some chewy grain, a little light citrus. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter, slightly silky finish.

500ml Bottle from the brand new Liquid Drink Bar in Budapest. First sip brings out luscious creamy cheesecake flavours that hint at mango, peach and citrusy notes. Certainly an intriguing beer that balances out its floral elements in the second glass with a slightly bitter undertone. Don’t know if I could drink too many of these in one sitting, but no doubt lovely with a desert.

(rating updated) Incredible to read it’s a lager! I wouldn’t have said it’s a bottom fermentation beer! Hazy yellow color, with a big white head, very smooth and fluffy. Fruity aroma, citrus. Taste is bitter, nice herbal notes, citrus. It starts sweeter, then finishes quite dry. That’s a nice beer, pleasant and easy drinkable, it was one of the first good local craft beers I had in Hungary and maybe I still rate it higher because of that. PS: Draught is better than in the bottle.

300ml draught and later a 500ml bottle, 6.0% abv, both at and from Cheers Drinkbar. At the bar the beer was presented as an IPA. Cool label design to the bottled version. Fluffy white head, unclear golden body, fragile lacing. Fresh fruity aroma, lightly spiced. The flavour is also very fresh with fruity hops bringing hints of grapefruits and oranges and hints of smooth honey sweetness. Mild bitter citrus shells to the finish. Soft in the mouth. Very pleasing (Budapest, 31.07.2012).

50cl bottle from Budapest. Hazy golden with a frothy, lastinh thick white head. Aroma is floral, perfumy, fruity hoppy with mango coming through. Flavor has grassy hops, herbs, floral notes. Dry, fruity finish. Interesting, tasty brew. Medium to full bodied.
