slightly hazy color. Frothy white head. Excellent grassy nose with cereal malt in the nose. Crisp, slightly sweeter than expected, massive bitterness super grassy, a slight tart was that I liked. Modestly dry bitter finish. Excellent

I heard the best of the set was the Unfiltered... so saving it for last. Baeren Czech Pilsen Style Pilsner 2020 Autumn (Nov) limited 5% Crystal clear with a nice white fairly creamy head of foam. Herbal hops with hints of florality. Medium to full in body that is very dry. Super crisp with a nice bready and crackery malts though that herbal hop bite is great. Really digging it.

Bottle from the brewery. Bottled on the 12th. RIch malt nose, more Czech than German, bready, biscuity, with herbal, lemony Saaz hops. Clear, bright, medium gold with a tall, thick head. Rich malt flavor, grainy, bready, nicely hoppy, spice and citrus, good bitterness in the finish. Creamy and rich, with a solid, full body. Pretty damn good, and very authentic too. This set is a big home run.
