dry bitter simple. Over attenuated. Ok. This beer is a good example of how Y Market has fallen int he past five years. This level of mediocrity would have never been found in the past, but sadly now its the most common.

First, I wanna look at a beer in a pretty new style that I’ve really come to like: Y Market 5 Hops Groove IPL Crystal clear gold with a thick soapy looking head. It has a nice zesty citrus and pithy grapefruit aroma. Medium bodied and dry, very crisp. The taste is pithy citrus, the hops are really bright and vibrant. Good stuff.
