A deep double dry-hop of Strata and Idaho-7 brings out parallel layers of passionfruit, tropical cannabis and pineapple.
This Interstratal Abyss gives you multiple levels of fruit flavours and aromas balanced on an easy drinking body.
Interstratal Abyss is the first in a new series of exploratory beers, Into The Deep. Into The Deep is specifically looking at the possibilities that, the new hop varietal sourced from Crosby Hop Farm, Strata can bring in combination with some of our other favourite hops.

Can from the monthly To Øl club. Drunk with a pork filet in blue cheese Port wine sauce. Hazy orange gold, moderate head. Orange passionfruit pineapple bomb in the nose! Flavor follows through with more. Nice balance with a slight bitter finish, very clean and no hop burn. Excellent enjoyment! Glad that I discovered this brewery through the To Øl club.

Can shared@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (01/08/2020) - hazed up golden orange with a white head. Intense and vibrant juicy fruity with prominent idaho 7 led hoppy fruity notes of passion fruit, peach, pineapple, waves of citrus fruit coming in, sweetish malty support, robust piney hoppy finish. Goes down a treat, gorgeous.
