Ms. Bar Lee,
Ze is ruig, ze is stoer. Ze is elegant, ze is zoet. Ze is de enige vrouw die Mr. Bar Lee kan temmen. Ze is een femme fatale.
Eerst was er Mr. Bar Lee. Een barley klapper van 13%. Hoe ga je dat overtreffen vroegen we ons af? Juist, een dikke vette barley wine gerijpt op verse Buffalo Trace vaten. Je moet een aantal maanden wachten, maar zij is daar. De nieuwste ROTT. x Eleven: net als Ms. Bar Lee: elegant doch fataal.

Bottle picked up from Beerdome Webshop, Grootegaste, Netherlands and consumed at home Saturday 8th January 2022 listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6 Music. Just finished making Granola and we had a great Chicken, Mushroom and Dijon Pies (with Truffle chips). Pours copper in colour with a rapidly departing beige head. Booze soaked fruits and nuts dominate the nose which has a Christmas cake feel to it. Sweetness as one would expect, a little boozy, some sherry or whisky elements a hint of oak, vanilla and spice, nice bitterness, good beer.

Bottle. Light amber pour. Aroma of raisin, figs, caramelised malt, vanilla, caramel, sweet cherry, dates and oak. Taste has nice sticky raisin, caramelised malt, oaky vanilla, bourbon vanilla, sweet cherry, figs, dates, oak, some bitter hops and a boozy malty finish. Very nice, lot of bourbon but also firm malty base.

Bottle. Brown color. Dried fruit, orange jam, vanilla and bourbon in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with caramel, vanilla, bourbon and dried citrus. Some remaining herbal hops, not bad.

Bottle. Color: Dark copper, thin beige head. Aroma: Sweetish, notes of nuts, dark fruit, raisins, Bourbon. Taste: Medium to over medium sweet, Bourbon, vanilla notes, herbal (rye?) notes. Subtle notes of dark fruit, raisins, hints of nuts. Over moderate bitter. Boozy. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Long lasting, bit sticky, finish. Very nice. Slow sipper.
