Let The Stars Begin To Fall

Panda thanks to Kenneth via Cloin: Poured a dark chocolate brown with reddish hints. Aroma is roasted malts, licorice, dark fruits, chocolate. Taste is jammy, dark fruity, hint of chocolates, roasted malts.

Black with a khaki head that thins to the edge.
Nose is liquorice, spice, dark malts, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises chocolate, spice, charr, dark malts, liquorice, herb.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent enough old skool sipper.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer with a good and persistent dark tan head. Airy palate, smooth, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Soft rich dark malts, a nice touch of dark malt cream. A little dark chocolate and mildly earthy coffee. Creamier chocolate on the back end along with a smidge of bitterness and an alcohol bite. A big old Impy with no barrelling. Pretty good. Will last another decade probably.

So is there a cooler brewer than White Pony, I say no. They say we will brew it and if you don't like it, then wtf. I have a 33 cl can of Let The Stars ready to go into my Buffalo Bayou snifter after a full evening. A minimalist label, it is so White Pony. It divulges that the lot was 01/2019. All good, let us move along. The view is black, yes, black as you can imagine with the thinnest skim of foam possible. I hope there is a charge in the brew. The drink is nice without being expansive. Dark chocolate, fudge, malt, purple plums, grain and a touch of vanilla. The abv is totally covered. WP does well by their imperial stouts.
