Light, fruity, sour, a bit tart. Citrus and yeast, some wet wool-polyester sock funk. Lambicy. Not bad.

(Keg at Pien Shop, 20210123) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was large and white. Aroma had wood, tartness, fruitiness and lightly stomach acids. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, fruitiness, sourness, grapefruit, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, woody and bitter. A pleasant tart brew.

Draught @ Pien Shop, Helsinki. Funky, sour and mineraly with some tartness, farmyardy yeastiness, some hints of oak and earthiness. Okay, quite lambicy sour with hints of the Baghaven mineraly and saisony notes.

Bouteille 75cl, from and shared with Eugene @ 77ships pre-2021 tasting in Antwerpen. Blend # 1, BB 06/2025.

Bottle. (thanks Eirik) Hazy yellow with a small head. Fresh and nicely drinkable with citrus, oak and some earth. The finish was sour. A nice one.
