Welcome to Vault 103. Deep below the brewery, time stands still. Our oak barrels are well-hidden from the prying eyes of the outside world. This beer has been aged for 6 months in Jamaican rum barrels. We added cherries to restart fermentation for the last month. The result is a stout on the sour side with a hefty kick of cherries.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, more than two years aged. Almost clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- sourish, sour cherry, touch of chocolate and coffee, sour cherry in chocolate, pleasant alcohol. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, warming, sour cherry, sherry, sour cherry in chocolate. Fuller bodied. Sourish as always, but this time it's correct they say... Well, OK.

Huge thanks Motelpogo for sharing with us! Pitch black body, off white head. Cherries, light alcohol and light sweetish maltiness in the aroma. Tart cherries all over the place in the taste, nice and pleasant, light dry maltiness, though sweetish too. The rum might not have given it that much outright, but this is still a highly pleasant strong fruit beer (more than an imperial stout) taste-wise!

Bottle from Pivný raj Pours black with beige head. Chocolate and sour cherries on a nose. Taste of sour cherries in dark chocolate, full bodied, quite hidden alcohol. Good, not sure it's worth the price tag.
