Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow, white head. Honey, some lacto, a bit of nuts, a bit of vanilla, some fruitiness, a bit of pickled vegetables, sourish, really over-carbonated.

ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy and speaking, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, honey, pistachio nuts. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, honey, pistachio nuts, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively to fizzy. [20210320]

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are honey, malt, flowers, citrus, little acid, malt and hops. Sweet honey and light sour finish.

Säuerlicher Geruch und Antrunk, sehr trockener Hintergrund. Pistazie ist erkennbar wenn man es erwartet, Honig ist quasi nicht erkennbar, Vanille keinesfalls. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, Milchsäure, erfrischend. Spritzig, eher kurzer Abgang, in dem die Pistazien wieder erkennbar werden. Insgesamt nett, auch wenn die speziellen Zutaten nicht viel offensichtliches erkennen lassen. 6/10/12/9/12/10

330ml can delivered from the brewery and drunk at home. Dark gold, cloudy with no head. Lots of funkon the nose, but I am also getting honey and lots of sweet pistachio (no the advertised vanilla though). The sourness in the taste is abated by the sweet nutty honoyed notes. It finisheswith a flourish of funk, but the pistachio wins out. Low carbonation. This is brilliant.
