Bottle at home, from an online peddler, 27/12/20. Almost clear golden with a moderate off white cap that soon clears to nothing. Nose is tarte berries, stoned fruits, oak, red grape must, hay bale. Taste comprises crisp citric zest, grape must, acidic tickle, wood must, gooseberry, dusty berries, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced acidic kiss.
