Bottle. Cloudy dark orange with a big white head. Aroma of malts, herbal and earthy hops and honey. Taste of malts, chocolate, grains, forest honey, nuts, herbs and earthy hops. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Not what I expect when I see „Kellerbier“ on the label but quite nice.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before June 2024. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, a bit floral aroma of caramel, honey and light apricot. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a bit floral taste of grains, caramel, honey, light apricot and hints of cardboard, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent lager.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a both creamy and lacing, off-white head. Malt nose with a caramel touch and amazing noble hops. Medium body, again slightly caramelly but dominated by great German aroma hops. Extremely elegant. 040123

--Bottle, thanks koelschtrinker! -- Lightly hazy amber, rich firm head. Caramelly nose with some DMS. Mid sweet with light to medium body and soft, creamy mouthfeel. Caramelly and lightly oily, slightly grassy. Low bitterness. The velvetty creamy mouthfeelis lovely, but too much sweet caramel.

Bottle (@EDEKA Gronemann, C.-R.): Deep golden, hazy, small but stable creamy off-white head, mild bitter-sweet grainy-dusty nose with some malty spots, delicate herbal-grassy backbone and a certain fruitiness underneath; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied and mild; shorter malty-fruity finish. Drinkable...
