Bottle split at the 'Should've been at Pig's Ear Tasting', thanks to Fergus, 04/12/20. Lightly hazed yellow to orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is tarte citric flesh, oak, grape must, funk, hay bale. Taste comprises damp grass, bitter citric zest, funk, wood must, white grape twang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light acidic rise. Decent.

Sample thanks to Cloin: Poured an unclear golden with no head. Aroma is very tart pungent fruit, winey, vinous. Taste is sour tartness, very vinous, fruity, citrus acidic, warms on the way down.

Bottle at not a tasting,. From Cloudwater online. for this one. 4/12/2020. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is earthy apricot, light salt, lime, white peach. Light funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, super tart lemon rind, lime, green citrus mellow funk, sea salt.. Palate is sharp prickly, salt, higshih carbonation.
