Sample thanks to Cloin: Poured a black with a light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. Taste is caramel, chocolate, very boozy, roasted malts, hints of more chocolate in the finish.

Crowler at home for CollaBoostFest 2020. A oily dark mahogany brown black coloured pour with a fading loose dark tan had. aroma is big dark chocolate, coconut, marshmallow, some hot alcohol, spicy cinnamon. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, chcocolate, toasted coconut, woody oak, warming bourbon boozy, booxy fruit cake, Long lingering booxe and toasted coconut. Palate is full bodied, not too sweet, woody tannin , oily, moderate carbonation. Good.

Crowler at home, from BD TH, 20/11/20. Pitch black with a decent tan head. Nose is rich chocolate, Curly Wurly bar, sweet malts, mellow bourbon xoak. Taste comprises chocolate, caramel, light oak, dried fruits, molassed, brown sugar melt, subtle bourbon tones. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sweet but balanced boosty climax. Solid impy ... sweet in place but kept in check ... mellow barrel and a good all round balance.

Crowler from Brewdog. Crowler says 9% rather than the 10% on here. Jet black colour with a thin quickly evaporating tan head. Aroma and taste are roasted malty, bitter chocolate and bourbon. Warming body.

Crowler at home. Pours black, nose is coconut, chocolate, caramel, a little soapy, taste is sweet toffee, caramel, woody, vanilla, chocolate.

Keg at Dogtap. It pours opaque black with a dense tan head. The aroma is rich, dense, decadent, so much caramel, chocolate, chomp, maltesers, chocolate gateaux, vanilla and bourbon. The taste is dry, rich roasted malt, umami, toast, liquorice, rich caramel, oak, whisky (more Scotland than America), rich and filthy, dull vanilla, millionaires shortbread, chomp, warming booze, toothy malts, earthy, spice and oaky tannin with a drying finish. Full body and moderate foamy carbonation. Rich and decadent. Filthy and moteish.
