A delicious, bespoke Pale Ale with Cascade Hops to give a caramel aroma and flavour akin to an American Pale Ale.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden coppery with a bubble white head. Aroma is hoppy, cardboard, malty. Taste is citrus fruit, hops bitter forward, that leaves fast for some sweet maltiness.

18/8/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden orange with an off-white head. Aroma is fruity, orange, citrus, hops, sweet malt. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a light fruity citrus tart edge. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Fruity finish. Quite decent.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden amber, fluffy snow white head. Nose - creme brulee plus biscuit or cake. Taste - cereal plus dried orange. Palate - light to medium bodied. Crunchy middle and end. Overall - ok. Nose better than taste.

500ml bottle: BB May 2020. Drank at home on 26th Mar 2020. Amber body, white head. Strange aroma, bit farmyard like. Taste however was fine, nice blend of bittering hops and light maltiness.
