Cask thanks to Grumbo: Poured a dark burgundy with bubbles. Aroma is light malts, fruit. Taste is malty, toffee, caramel, smooth.

4/9/2020. Cask take-away from the Stow Fen brewery. Poured deep amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is mellow, malty, caramel, earthy, dried fruit, hint of molasses and nut. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Nice, a definite step up from the gold.
