Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Light hazed gold with moderate sized fluffy white head. Aroma of waxy orange peel, pine, lemon, cereals. Taste has a certain mellow grapefruit fruitiness, some citrus pith, then cereals and pine. Tangy and bitter finish but with a hop resin oiliness which rather distracts from the rest of the beer. Light to medium bodied, oily. Its ok.

Bottle online from Northumbrian Gifts, Ashington. Pours clear gold with a white cap. Aroma: biscuit, citrus,, floral & herbal hints. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter. Dry palate, astringent finish. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation.

Frothy white head on a golden body. Fruity, malt & bitter aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & clean. Bitter/Sweet fruity, floral, light hops & herbal tastes with a long tangy finish.

Panda thanks to SHIG, split at the mini Tipple lockdown tasting, Hazlemere, 29/08/20. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is tangerine, straw, grains, melon. Taste comprises pale malts, citric tinged straw, lemon rind, light citric sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close kissed with modest hop bitterness. Passable affair.

Bottle shared with Grumbo: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus cleaner, light astringent. Taste is bitter, fruity, mellows a bit but stays bitter.

21/8/2020. Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Pours clear bright gold with a bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, berries, flowers, touch of herb. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slight creamy texture, average to soft carbonation. Looked good, ok overall.

Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Appearance - light gusher on opening. Golden orange and slightly hazy. Big white head. Nose - wet dishcloth and cottage cheese. Orange maybe. Taste - more orange with wholemeal bread. Palate - crunchy texture, dry on the edge of astringency. Overall - not great.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Light gusher. Hazy golden pour, thick white head. Slightly cheesy nose, with some orange. Taste is watery, thin, sweet orange. Bitter green plant stalks. Chalky finish.
