The pale malt bill with added wheat gives a light and full-bodied base. Centennial & Amarillo boil additions give our IPA its distinct bitterness. Dry-hopped with hefty amounts of Azacca, Rakau & Centennial for a resinous citrus twang

330ml (intact) can from Caps Off. Golden colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, hoppy. Taste is sweetish, malty, caramel, toffee with floral citrusy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable, more an English IPA than an Premium Bitter/ESB.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a murky orange coppery, head is off white. Aroma is sticky fruit, light citrus. Taste is hoppy bitter, fruity, some malt, but very bitter.

24/7/2020. Can courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! BBE 3/21. The can massively bloated top and bottom whilst being cool stored but fortunately spotted it before. First time I’ve had that happen. Carefully opened, sounded relieved to have had the pressure taken out. Poured hazy pale amber with a huge frothy white head. Aroma was tropical, dank, citrus, resin, grass. Medium fruity sweetness, bit stewed, light bitterness. Medium body, slight sticky texture, average carbonation. Increasingly sweet in the finish. Considering how the can had blown, the beer was still fine.
