Experimental Series 02 Previously our 'Trial Brews' we are bringing these series of beers back, as a chance for us to experiment with new styles and flavours, and potentially bring them into our core range. Very limited edition, we are brewing just enough for our own bars, with limited kegs of each available to trade. Nano Pale Ale - We had people asking for a beer with the flavour of our big hoppy DIPA's but that they could session on, plus we wanted a challenge. This is a 3%light hazy pale ale, packed with fruity hop flavours from Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra, with a clean bitter finish.

Growler thanks to Grumbo: Poured an unclear golden with a white head. Aroma is nice hops perfume. Taste is nice juicy hops, citrus fruit, soft finish.

26/6/2020. 2 pint cask take-away from Briarbank hatch. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, light hoppy, grain and straw. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Taking it for what it is, it’s ok.

Tap at the brewery. A hazed golden coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is big diacetyl, buttered bread, vanilla. Flavour is composed of buttered bread, dirty pine, straw, diacetyl. Palate is semi sweet, straw, grainy, moderate carbonation. Light. Not good.
