Firebrands version of Beethoven, this ridiculously flavourful Double IPA features an ensemble of hops.

Using Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Vic Secret, Equanot Apollo and Amarillo Centennial for an explosion of tropical fruit, we’ve created a flavour bomb with this one.

19/6/2021. Can shared with Dan & ITFCfan at the Euro's beer share. From the brewery direct. Pours clear bright gold initially, with a murky darker gold second pour. Aroma of tropical fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, citrus, passion fruit, pine, grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium plus body, oily texture, average carbonation.

Can thanks to Grumbo: Poured a hazy orange with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is super hoppy, fruity, mosaic, bold. Taste is grapefruit, citrus, tropical, very green hops, keeps biting.
