Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Pours very slightly hazy pale amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt, hop and caramel with moderate fruity and floral notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. A decent session bitter.

Cask at the Elveden Inn. Malty aroma, with floral hints. Light chestnut. Thin white head. Light bitter. Initially overtly malty, before a quinine bitterness come through. Light bodied. Thin but leaves a slick feeling in the mouth. Average carbonation. Long finish, some astringency to it. It supposed to be a traditional IPA but like it’s county friend GK IPA, it’s more of a bitter. Only with more hoppy qualities.
