BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival: Poured a copper with white bubbles. Aroma is vanilla, oaky barrel. Taste is apple tartness, boozy, oaky, acid.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Deep golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of formic acid, woody, barrel, apple. Taste is very dry, apple, tart, fleshy with antsy formic acid notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying acidic finish. Ok
