100% juice cider using fruit from within 8 miles of Jolter HQ in Mitchledean. Squeal combines classic vintage bitter sweet Dabinett and Michelin with apples from garden orchards in nearby Longhope. It's well balanced with medium tannins, a tangy sherry-like flavour and lots of apple bursting through.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival: Poured a golden in color. Aroma is fresh apples. Taste is nice fresh apples.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Golden amber colour, afew bubbles on top, and aroma of tangy apple, bittersweet, light solvent & woody funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, with hints of caramel and alittle drying tannin. Oily mouthfeel medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry fruity apple finish. Quite OK
