BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival: Poured a golden with bubbles. Nice sweet apple. Taste is interesting as it’s fresh apples forward with a light funkiness as you go.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Deep golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of mellow fruity apple, caramel hint. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, some apple core, orchard, funky with drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
