28th November 2021 Light haze on this dirty gold beer, tidy dirtyish cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy malts, very light but what there is is quite sweet. Light crisp pine. Light crispy pine hops with nice bright bramble fruits, blackberry and raspberry most obvious but strawberry underneath and a whisper of blackcurrant. Modest citrus. Mild esters. Light crispy finish. I like this. Tastes like English hops but sure would be nice to know. Hops don't need to be a secret guys. Knowing what they are opens up expectations and guides the palate on what to look for. Forewarned is forearmed. Innit?
