Red colour. Week aple and strawberry aroma. Elderflower not that present. Light sweet perfumed flavor. Strawberry and elderflower present. Short fniish. watery palate.

Bladder Bag, The Royston Broadstairs, 17/03/23. Faded bubblegum pink with a thin white crown that veers edgewards. Nose is sweet bubblegum, sugar dipped strawberries, perfume. Taste comprises strawberry syrup, sugars, gobstoppers, strawberry jelly. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Everything that's wrong with a flavoured cider ... couldn't pick out any elderflower which would have tempered the sweetness ... a glass of sugary syruppy crap.

Box @ Boathouse Cider and Sausage Festival. Pours a misty crimson red. Taste and aroma is reliant on artificial and chemically sweet strawberry ice pop notes, no elderflower notes emerging. Light syrupy body. Not good.

BIAB: Poured a rose pink color with no head really. Aroma is strawberry. Taste is strawberry, apple and that elderflower comes in near finish. Lingering apple on palate.

25/5/2019. From bag in a box at the 14th Annual Beer Festival at the Trimley Sport & Social Club. Pours cloudy very pale pink with no head. Aroma of strawberry, elderflower and vanilla. Medium to heavy sweetness, hint of tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.
