Cask at the Guildford arms... Amber.. Bubbly off white head.. Soft sweet fruits.. Light spice toffee fruit

Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours clear golden amber, nose is toffee, cereal, biscuit, taste is similar, dry.

Amber colour, white head. Malty aroma, straw,light citrus. Light bitter, malty flavour. Finish straw and malts.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Allendale Swift ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, nutty, earthy, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140812]

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear pale amber with a thick white head. Aromas of nuts, wood resin, light citrus. Taste is nutty, biscuit. Sweet finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle shared at Christ’s post GBBF minidig 16/08/2014. Translucent hazed yellow/ orange coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is toffee, caramel, some sweet honey and a little berry hop. Flavour is composed of cardboard, stale malts, honey and caramel. Palate is caramel sweet, moderate carbonation. A bit too much age.

Bottle shared at chriso’s Post-GBBF 2014 Tasting - London. Pours muddy gold with a bubbly head. Lots of grains, toffee, earth, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Toasted grain finish. Bland. Not very good.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is malt driven, biscuit tones, bready, spice, toffee. Taste comprises toffee, straw, biscuit malt, trace of dark fruits, hint of nut. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterings. So so bitter.

Bottle shared @ ChrisO after GBBF Day 1. Hazy light orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, slightly herbs or spices, slightly leaves, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Meh, don’t really like it.
