75 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a thick and tan head. Aroma is fruity yeasty, dark malty and caramelish. Yet also a bit sharp phenolic. Dense caramelish, malty and Belgian yeast fruity - much like Westvletern/Westmalle. Lasting authentic Belgian into the finish, yet again a bit too strong on the more sharp phenolic notes.

Bottle. Weak malty aroma. Spicy, herbal flavour. Good maltiness, rough bitterness. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Seemed a bit smokey to begin with, but now it is gone.

Small white head over foxy amber beer. Solvent nose, sharp, some coloured malts and parsley. Insectoid flavours, again solvent and coloured malts, but also +/- stale cookie malts. Sharp MF, medium body, alcoholwarming. Can’t find it enjoyable, too agressive.
