Aroma of unripe pineapple, papaya, guava, grapefruit pith, green garlic, musky earthy dankness quite prominent. Flavour is bone dry throughout with doughy malt, unripe fruit quality with guava, melon, grapefruit pith and peel, spicy green garlic, herbs, potpourri, finish is super-dry with floral notes, grapefruit pith and creamy unripe guava dominating, light to moderate peppery green garlic bitterness. Light to medium body, slick, fairly soft carbonation. Dry, quenching IPA with a bit of an 'old Messo' hop bite to it.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy floral undertones with some juicy notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy citrusy hoppy notes with some floral undertones and light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with very good drinkability.

16oz (thx, Guillame L.!) @ home. Appearance: murky blonde with a quickly disappeared white head. Aroma: dank, some manure notes, sweetness, weird. Taste: dank, earthy, piney bitterness, tropical fruits finish. Low carbo. Overall: one of the weirdest Messorem I've had.
