A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, Epsom salts, horseblanket, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with light acidity, Brett, light mineral notes, very nice.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. Apple pomace and wild yeast. A nice blend.

750ml (thx, Max C.!) @ Sales Force office. Packed on 2019-12-12. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: lots of apples with rustic notes. Taste: along the same lines, kinda mix off the cider and beer. Overall: a pleasant one.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Cooked apple, light white glue and baking spices. Apple, baking spice and a touch of white glue. Odd fruity notes and an odd finish.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals fairly complex wild yeast, lots of apple pomace, and a gentle rustic saison yeast character. Flavour is full of apple pomace, gentle wild yeast, and a bit of rustic character. That apple pomace character is sure interesting, and mixes well with the wild yeast character. Quite complex and well-rounded. Well-made.
