A burgundy red ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light horse blanket, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Sans Taverne's Festival des Bières Ouvrières 2024.

Pinkish colour, no head. This one's really tart, there's a fresh cherry character. So it's not bad, the cherry is certainly bright, but the acidity is quite sharp. It's also fairly dry. So it's not 100% for me.

Cloudy reddish with a small white head. Cherry and light sweetness with some pits. Cherry, touch of pitt and a long finish.

750ml (thx, Max C.!) @ Sales Force office. Appearance: hazy golden with red notes, white head. Aroma: nice funky cherries with a lot of cherries pits. Taste: along the same lines, low to moderate acidic, quite fruity. Overall: very nice one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy full red with a small white head. Aroma is full of gently tart cherries, lots of wheat, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is loaded with gently tart cherries, followed by a touch of wild yeast, and soft wheaty notes. Clean and fruity, with soft cherry and wild buggy notes on the finish. Excellent.
